Regarding Proofs - 

The school will send an update to parents when proofs are available to view online. It will be about 3-4 weeks from portrait day. So likely sometime next week. You will also receive a hard copy proof within 4-5 weeks from portrait day. You can order anytime.

*Yearbooks: Ordering information for yearbooks will be sent home after winter break in January 2026. 

*Group/Class Photos:  Ordering information for group/class photos will be sent home a few weeks before. Group/Class photos happen in the Spring/March 2026.

Tips for a Successful Portrait Day:

1. Clothing: Choose outfits that reflect your child's personality and style. Solid colors or simple patterns tend to work best.
2. Accessories: Avoid accessories that may distract from your child's face.
3. Grooming: Ensure your child's hair is neat and clean. You can also send a comb or brush for touch-ups.
4. Rest: Make sure your child gets a good night's sleep before portrait day to ensure they're looking their best.
5. Smiles: Remind your child that they're going to have fun, and genuine smiles make for the best portraits.
6. Order Forms: Please have your order form filled out and ready on portrait day. You can also order portraits online using this link.

Photo Packages:

• Detailed information about available photo packages and pricing can be found on the order form.
• You are under no obligation to purchase any photos, but we believe you'll find them to be cherished keepsakes.

Delivery:

• Once the photos are ready, they will be distributed to your child's classroom.  
  Print packages typically are received in the school office 4-5 weeks after portrait day.
